Mr. Will

Staff at the Cisco Center since July 2021

Mr. Will joined our center in July 2021, bringing his passion for working with children with special needs. However, he is no stranger to Mr. Cisco! Mr. Will first knew Mr. Cisco as his preschool teacher at Benfield Elementary School.

Mr. Will brings a unique perspective to the center being part of the very community the center aims to serve. At 18 months old, Mr. Will’s family received the news that he had autism and he would need long term care and likely not graduate high school or be employable. There were struggles in school, but high school was a major turning point for Mr. Will. During this period, Mr. Will participated in unified sports and the marching band, but he also gained new friendships and discovered his relationship with Jesus Christ. He graduated in 2020.

Outside of work, Mr. Will is always doing something, whether that be bowling with a childhood friend, playing instruments in his church worship team, or attending classes at Anne Arundel Community College.
